Capitol Pavilion Surgery Center in Operation
The Sutter Capitol Pavilion Outpatient Surgery Center is in operation, literally. The Surgery Center, which occupies the second floor of the Sutter Capitol Pavilion, opened on December 6 and had 65 cases its first week in business.
