Several local and regional artists have permanent art displayed within Sutter Capitol Pavilion.
The artists that will be on-site include:
- Jerald Silva
- Kristen Hoard
- Maria Winkler
- Deanna Marsh
- Nikki Solone
- Merle Serlin
We have also partnered with the Elliott Fouts Gallery in Sacramento for a rotating display of artwork that can be seen along our 28th Street Gallery walk.
Our local partners for this event include:
- Biba Restaurant
- Paragary’s Restaurant Group
- Revolution Wines
- Third Floor Jazz Club
Free parking will be available at the Sutter Community Garage on 28th Street and between Capitol Ave. and N Street.

I have a pt on rehab unit who would like to donate a piece of his artwork to Sutter for Auction. He hopes it will raise $ for Sutter as he wants to give back. Is this something that is feasable?
